After graduating from drama school, Ben transitioned into the fitness industry, driven by a desire to help people feel better in their bodies and enjoy the process along the way. He trained as a personal trainer and began his career in a boutique studio in Fitzrovia, where he specialised in personal training and small group programming. This environment gave him a strong foundation in tailoring workouts to suit individual goals.
Ben believes that fitness should enhance life, not control it, and is passionate about helping people find a way of moving that works for them. His approach is grounded in quality movement, good vibes, and consistent progress, with the belief that everyone can benefit from feeling stronger and healthier, both physically and mentally.

Registered Nutritionist
Josh is a Registered Nutritionist and behavioural change specialist helping people build sustainable habits around nutrition, weight management and overall wellbeing. He is a men’s mental health champion, supporting initiatives that break down barriers and promote wellbeing for men.
Laura is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with an MSc in Nutrition and a BSc in Psychology, a RYT-200 yoga teacher and currently studying Certificate III in Personal Training. Laura is also part of the research team at Deakin University, contributing to pioneering studies on how nutrition and lifestyle shape mental health.
