Our founder, Georgie, was born with an extremely rare heart condition and was told exercise would never be part of her life. She sat on the sidelines, quietly observing the positive impact movement had on those around her.

Then, in her teenage years, she took up dance against medical advice. She defied all odds — her heart became stronger. On a mission to help others, Georgie switched her love of the stage for a passion for understanding how the body works, and the strong connection between body and mind.

After completing her training, she found happiness helping people with stress, injuries and chronic illness. She established a low impact method with astonishing results — and ARVRA was born.
