Work, life and everything in between can quietly take their toll. This Mental Health MOT event offers a supportive, interactive space to check in with yourself and your team in a meaningful way. Led by Jessica, the session combines guided reflection, conversation and practical tools to help you understand stress levels, workload pressure and emotional wellbeing as we face the new year. You will leave with clearer insight into what support might be needed and simple, actionable steps to improve mental health at both an individual and team level.
