Us? We’re a positive & optimistic bunch, united by one goal - to have a genuine impact on the health & happiness of our users across the globe.

Based in London, but operating nationally, ARVRA brings together the best minds in the health & wellness industry to provide you with specialist content and 1-1 support - ready and waiting in your pocket for wherever and whenever you need us.

We all have a personal journey and no one’s path in life is the same, but with over half a million of client sessions held between us, we have helped many people through all types of life & health challenges.

If you know Georgie, our founder, you will have heard her say that, “health shouldn’t be seen as privilege,” so being the fearless optimists we are, this mission is something that we are wild enough to believe, and tenacious enough to make happen.

The story behind ARVRA is one of triumph over adversity.

Our founder, Georgie, was dealt some unfortunate cards early on in life. She was born with an extremely rare heart condition, which led to her being told that exercise was never going to be a part of her life.. Over the years, Georgie sat on the side-lines, quietly observing and craving the positive impact that exercise had on her friends and family. Then, in her teenage years, being the tenacious young woman that she was, Georgie decided to take up dance against the advice of her medical team. She defied all odds – her heart became stronger.

On a mission to help others, Georgie switched her love of the stage for a passion of understanding how the human body works, and the strong connection between the body and mind. After completing her training, she found happiness in training people suffering from stress, injuries and chronic illnesses, and established a low impact method which delivered astonishing results – results that she wanted to make available to the masses.

And ARVRA was born.

Our Manifesto

We believe that health and wellbeing should not be a privilege. Everyone should have access to expert advice, not just the 1%

Wellbeing is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach, we believe it should be tailored to the individual.

Wellbeing is also not one dimensional, we believe there are 5 key areas which overlap and interlink.

We believe that making small changes can path the way to leading a healthier & happier life.

ARVRA is underpinned by 3 key principles:

"Personalisation" text on a light blue brush stroke background

We treat everyone as an individual. By listening to their needs, we can adapt our approach and gain better results for everyone.

Word 'SIMPLICITY' in black text on a white brushstroke background.

We are a trailblazer of simplicity in a complex industry. Simplicity influences everything – leading to a more elevated customer experience.

"Evolutionary" text on a green brush stroke background.

There’s always room to grow. We encourage others to experiment and learn new things. We will embrace change, with the impact to our users in mind.
